Shipping
The DMHO Web Store uses United States Postal Service as their preferred shipping provider. At checkout you will be provided shipping options with their associated costs and have the opportunity to select a USPS shipping method. It is our goal to ship your order within 48 business hours after your order/payment has been processed. Should there be any delay we will do our best to inform you.
Returns
• Digital Products - Downloaded products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Non-digital Products - In instances where we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product or a defective product, we will provide you with a shipping label to use to return the item(s) in their original packaging. If you choose not to use our label or the original packaging, the shipping costs are your own responsibility and you will not be reimbursed. Contact us by email for a return authorization and we will process and email your return shipping label as a PDF to be printed and affixed to the package. Then simply drop it in your mail box or at any USPS shipping location. Your order will be credited or correct product(s) shipped after the returned item(s) is/are received and checked back into inventory.
