The DMHO Web Store provides charts and accompaniment tracks in digital format only. If you purchased a digital product and your payment has successfully processed the instructions below will help you know how to download your purchased product(s).
- Return to the DMHO Web Store (denvermho.com/store) or click the Click here for a Detailed Invoice link which appears in your ORDER CONFIRMATION email.
- Click the LOG IN link which appears at the very top of the page
- Enter the email address and password you used during the checkout process for your order and press the LOGIN button
- Once logged in you will be back on the store's home page. Click the MY ACCOUNT link that now appears at the very top of the page
- Locate the MY ORDER HISTORY section and select the specific order you placed which includes a digital product
- Viewing your order detail will provide you with links to download your purchased products
We recommend that you choose to save the file (NOTE: Remember where you choose to put the file on your hard drive) if prompted by your browser rather than selecting to open the file. Then, once your download has completed you can open or unzip the file from the location where you saved it.
Please Note:
Links to download purchased digital files are typically only available for 7 days and for only 5 downloads. For that reason we recommend you make sure to file a permanent copy of your purchased product once you have downloaded it to a CD or other more permanent storage device.
